BGP Conditional Advertisement

Hello,

I tried to use conditional advertisement in a way that i announce network only then when the same network with different AS_PATH is not present. I couldn't get it working. Network was announced anyway. I found CSCdp18563 about it but it should be already fixed in 12.2(11)T what i use. So the qestion is, does cond adv work only with different nets or should it also work with different paths of same net? All conf examples were about different nets.
