hi, we need some ideas and we hope that we could it find here. in our case, we have two haedquarters. this two hq are connected with two wan-links. within every hq runs ospf between the hq´s run bgp. every hq has two local router that runs bgp one router for one wan-connection. between this local router runs natural ibgp and the local router originate networks for ebgp towards the other hq. now we have the case, that some ebgp-routes appears only with one entry on one router while the other router contains the two possible routes in the bgp-tabel on the far ebgp-peer. we checked it and determine that some external-networks are internal synchronized and other not.

the "internal-synchronized" external networks appears in one bgp-table only with one entry and the other bgp-table with two entries. while the "internal-not synchronized" external networks are in both bgp-table with two entries.

thanks in advance

sorry for my bad english :-)

Check all BGP routers can see all EBGP next-hop addresses in their forwarding tables. You could use next-hop-self on the IBGP neighbors statements or advertise the EBGP subnets in your OSPF.

Check that you have NO SYNC under each BGP process.
