bgp router flaps with neighbor router

can any one explain y does the bgp routes flaps between 2 router running bgp of different AS.

sample of bgp route flap :************************* now *******************************************

Re: bgp router flaps with neighbor router

Possibly your neighbor router is sending withdrawl messages to remove these prefixes. Without some debug on this issue I cannot be for certain. Enabling BGP route dampening would put a "d" flag on the routes if this withdrawl message is the issue.
