BGP using 2 diff isps

hi

we r hving 2 internet G/Ws from 2 service providers at present we r using one as primary and the second one as backup.

in addition to this some of the incoming/outgoing traffic is distrubuted based on the location reachability(to improve latency/reachability)on both the links.

in this i want to know how this is done (in via one isp/out via one isp).

For outgoing traffic we need to create route-map and distribute the same in BGP config.

how the incoming traffic segregation is happening?how its being done?using route-map(as-path prepend)?.

then whts the exact distribute-list to be build like in/out for the traffic(both incoming/outgoing).
