Boot Rom

I have asked before regarding 2500 series Boot Rom and still have problems. I have good 16MB DRAM SIMMS that only show using 14MB. I have 11.0 (10C) Boot ROM in my 2501's (Processor Revision N) and the revision is the only thing different from what I can tell. I've heard that 11.0(10C)XB2 is out would that make a difference? Thanks for steering me right..

Newer boot ROM will not make a difference whatsoever. I have several 2500s, all with the newest boot ROM, and some of my 2500s show 16 MB, and some show 14 MB. The difference, is that some motherboard revisions have 2 MB of DRAM soldered on the motherboard, and some don't. This however does not effect your ability to install the newest versions of IOSes which require 16/16.
