Hi All
I upgraded my flash to 16mb last night. To do this, I first changed the confreg to 2101 to boot to rom and then reloaded the machine. While powered down, I removed the old flash memory and put the new memory in. When I powered the router up, I was expecting to get router(boot) but instead I got rommon even though the confreg was 2101. Can anyone tell me why this happened. I tested this earlier in the day on 2500 router and it worked fine.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
