What is the fuction of the bootldr image on a 6509 MFSC2? Is it necessary? Where can they be downloaded? I have been unable to find any at the Software Center. Thanks for your help.

Re: Bootloader function

It's not a requirement for MSFC2, but it is recommend that you have a bootloader image which you can use if you delete the regular IOS by mistake or if it gets corrupted

However for a MSFC1, it is a requirement
