We have layer 3 backbone which is used to connect vlans but there is a need to spread same VLAN in many locations. Can anybody tell me how to configure this "bridging vlan across later 3 backbone" ?

Technically you can configure trunks between your core switches and trunk that VLAN across your backbone, but then you'd have to have two links between each router/switch (assuming you're using somthing like Cat 6500s).
What is your actual requirement for doing this? It may be technically possible, but I don't think I'd recommend it to anybody unless there was a really good reason.

Yes, as said above its not advisable to bridge traffic across L3 backbone. You can always control traffic using access-lists between two vlans at different locations.Suppose 10.1.1.0 is in vlan2 and 10.2.2.0 is in vlan 3 ( both in differnet locations), you can have access-lists to restrict the traffic on L3.
