Browse Bugs by Device causes Internal Server Error

We are running CW2000, RME3.5. Whenever I try to browse bugs by device CW opens the Software Bugs Detail Report window and displays a Critical Error box and reports that an Internal Server Error has occured. I can Locate Devices by Bugs with no problems, any ideas?

Is the latest RME 3.5 IDU installed?. Are you connecting to CCO via Proxy?

Yes, we are running IDU 5.0. I am going through a proxy but I have entered the correct details into the database and it appears to reach CCO OK when I do a 'Locate Devices by Bugs'
