Buttons disappearing from "Java Plug-in Security Warning" message box.

Running CW2K 5th ed. on Solaris 8. Server is only accessable via X, no local graphical console. Exceed is used on workstations.

When starting CW2K the "Java Plug-in Security Warning" message box appears, asking whether to Grant or Deny permission for a signed applet to run.

The problem is that the buttons disappear before one has a chance to click on one of them. The "Grant for this session only" button is selected by default, so if I click on the window, I choose this option and can proceed.

I would like to choose the "Grant Always" button in order to prevent getting the warning message each time I start a session.

Is there a solution for this problem.

Thanks in advance,

Re: Buttons disappearing from "Java Plug-in Security Warning" me

The reason you are getting the error message is because the java plugin expired, and has to be

patched, simply goto the linked page below to get the "latest" version of the patch. This latest

patch version should fix you right up. For Solaris you have to install a special patch BEFORE installing the mandatory patch.

To download the patch you need a registered user ID, you can download from the URL given below
