I use SiteScope for monitoring health of some of the network devices, especially the WAN interfaces on the routers. I am, however, unable to monitor the utilization and errors on any given subinterface. Is there a way that I can fix this issue?
Poll the router directly via CLI outside of SiteScope for the same MIB object to see if you get stats for the sub-interfaces or not. If you get it, then it's a setup problem with SiteScope and not with the router itself.
This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
