C2900XL POST FAILURE

When I use the sh runn command, the fa0 interfaces are not displayed.

In the POST test I have next messages:

Failed Address RAM Table POST

Ethernet Controller Test Failed

MII Test: Failed

Error waiting for Ethernet Controller and SW_PARAMS

What happend with the switch, the hardware is damage?

I downloaded the flash: files from Cisco WEB and I copied into the switch.

POST is power on self-diagnostic Test. If it shows Failed status, it usually indicates a hardware problem. Please have the switch replaced through TAC or reseller or other process.
