c3350 with Memory allocation error

I am getting error message from NMS,

here is the error messge:

Is this a Cisco IOS software bug?

What means this message? and the present state?

How will it affect Network? and I need the troublshooting guide?

Could you please let me know how to resolve this problem?

Re: c3350 with Memory allocation error

Check for any Spanning tree loops. Also, what software version are you running on this switch? There is a bug due to which, you might have STP loops in VLAN 1

Try upgrading your IOS to 12.1(13)EA1a
