c3550 crash! level 1 msg,who can tell me what's happened?

I feel at least one of FE module reloaded after crash.But why these happens?

I decoded the stack and found a bug which was marked Unreproducible

I suggest that you upgrade to latest IOS (12.1(13)EA1) and if you see the same issue, open a TAC case
