C3750 and Interface parm "load-interval"

My C3750 switches are running on IOS software release 12.2(25)SEB1. Does anyone use the Interface parm "load-interval" on their C3750s? The parm is not documented for the C3750 but it is in the IOS. I can't find any recommendation for specifying the parm on the Interface command of the C3750 or any restrictions against using it on the C3750s. Does changing from the default value of 300 seconds (5 minutes) to 30 seconds create any unnecessary overhead on the C3750 that could impact performance of the switch? Does Cisco have a recommendation for using "load-interval"?

"load-interval 30" is simply to change the interface statistics to display a statistical exponential average over a period of 30 seconds instead of the default of 5 minutes. Simply put, it averages the input/output packet rate over a period specified in that command. There is no impact on the actual data traffic flowing thru the switch/router nor any performance degradation. So you are free to use it and change it to any value you like.

Typically for troubleshooting, we use the lowest value on the interface to give us a more accurate 'instantaneous' value of the rate of the traffic. But there is no rigid 'guidelines' or recommendation for it as such.
