Is it possible to change the buffer-logging of a C6000,
so that i can see all port up/down messages in the "sh logg buff" output?
i am looking for messages like this (here on a C4000):
%ETHC-5-PORTTOSTP:Port 3/39 joined bridge port 3/39
but the LOGGING Facility ETHC with Severity 5 isn't available on C6000 !

What software version are you running on the Cat6000? If you are running 7.x, the facility is ETHC. If you are running CAT OS, 6.x or 5.x, then the facility is PAGP

If you are running native IOS
Router#configure terminal
Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
Router(config)#interface range fastEthernet 8/1 - 48
Router(config-if-range)#logging event ?
bundle-status BUNDLE/UNBUNDLE messages
link-status UPDOWN and CHANGE messages
trunk-status TRUNK status messages
Router(config-if-range)#logging event link-status
Router(config-if-range)#end
