c7507 serial interface on VIP 480, CRC and Ignored Counters incrementing

I have serial Link between two 7507 routers with serial interfaces with VIP 480 card where the CRC and Ignored counters are incrementing. We have already try working on coaxial cables and the transport equipment, changing port adapters and it seems to be that the problem is not there. Does any one knows about a bug causing this kind of problem???

Any solution recommended. All others links in this router are working fine.

If we're talking about CRC and ignored errors it's most likely that the problem is noisy transmisson or hardware error rather than a software bug. You can work with your telco to see if there's a problem on the transmission path.
