Total 100 meters, broken down as follows:

5 Meters of "jumper" (stranded conductor)

90 Meters of "In-Wall" cabling Solid conductor aka "The Horizontal")

5 Meters of jumper (stranded conductor)

The above assumes proper termination.

The above are "guidelines" that will guarantee best performance.

Stranded conductor cabling has much higher loss and shouldn't be used for extended runs.

Solid conductor cabling should not be used for jumper cordage because it doesn't survive the usual abuse the a jumper takes.

This is pretty much the standard for any structured copper cabling.

Fiber varies depending on the classification (SX, LX ...) type of fiber, frequency, and core diameter of the glass "conductor" (8.3, 50, or 62.5 micron).

10GigE over copper is (for now) a much shorter distance, even over the highest grade, highest quality cabling.

Good Luck
