Calculating Values for Configuring ABR VC on IGX 8400

I have been doing a fair amount of research on how the 7200 series routers and the IGX 8400 broadband switches handle ABR ATM PVCs. I need guidance, though, on where to find good documentation on the best practices for configuring such a connection. What I want is to guarantee 1/3 of a DS-3 to each of three VCs.

Any pointers?

For ABR, I think you can configure the Peak Cell rate and Minimum cell rate according to the rate you want for each PVC. Since you want to guarantee 15 Mbps for each PVC use this as the Minimum cell rate. The peak cell rate can be upto line speed and then the device can adapt based on congestion indication.
