Callback via ISDN PRI

Hi all,

I have a Cisco7206 with an ISDN PRI interface.

I'd like to configure callback for some users, but the problem is that not every channel of the ISDN PRI line are bidirectional (only 5, the others are only incoming channels).

Is there a way to force the software to use the first 5 channels for outgoing calls and the others for incoming calls?

Thank you for any answer

Stefano

Re: Callback via ISDN PRI

There is little way to control this; by default we will make outgoing calls, starting with the high order available channel (24 or 31) and work down. So if your 5 bi-driectional channels are the highest 5, we will try those first. If they are the lowest 5, you can configure "isdn bchan ascending", and we will start with 1 and work up. If they are neither, then there is no other way to control it.
