caller id in as5400 via snmp

I have several 5300 and 5400 access servers running in our network

using the mib

.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.47.1.3.1.1.11 to ask the caller id works fine in the 5300, but returns all empty values in the 5400.

if i run sh caller ip in the CLI of the 5400 or 5300 it shows the caller id.

any idea?

Re: caller id in as5400 via snmp

cmCallerID (.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.47.1.3.1.1.11) is from CISCO-MODEM-MGMT-MIB. Depending upon the IOS version of the AS5400, you may want to first make sure that this IOS have this MIB present in the agent. You can use the CCO MIB Locator Tool for this purpose http://www.cisco.com/go/mibs). What IOS version are you running on this 5400?

Thanks for the answer

the image running in the 5400's is:

System image file is "flash:c5400-is-mz.121-5.XM8.bin"

as i looked in the MIB Locator Tool , this mib is not available for 5400 with whis IOS Version isn't?

I really apreciatte if you can confirm this information.
