CallManager 6.1 to 8.6 upgrade. Brooktrout SR140 Issue?

We currently have an issue with our Brooktrout SR140 FoIP software. After upgrading from Cisco Call Manager 6.1 (2) to Cisco Call Manager 8.6.2(a) 8.6.2.20000-2 we have been unable to send faxes. Our communications section has advised that the settings on Call Manager are correct.

Are there any known inoperabilty issues with CallManager 8.6.2 and SR140? I appreciate this is a minimal amount of information.

I’m having similar issues once I upgraded to CM 8.6.2.

I use ATA and VG224 and both are heaving the same way.

I have tried sending out an ISDN and our SIP trunk and both fail.

I will also open a tac ticket to see if I can get it resolved, so I’ll let you know what they say.

Unless you got your issues resolved ... I would be curious how you fixed yours
