We are using DNS to resolve names for network devices and servers, but WINS to resolve names for workstations and printers. I am getting IP and Subnet information in User Tracking. However, I am only getting IP addresses under the Host Name.
The Ciscoworks server is registered in DNS and I am able to do an nslookup both to and from it to other items registered in DNS.
Any ideas would be appreciated. I would really like to be able to track down to the device name, not just the IP address.
