Why Topology Services do not show any maps o devices summary?
All processes are running, community string are ok, snmp-server is ok, seed devicers are ok, database is ok (already restarted), discovery is ok, discovery report is ok.
What does Topology Services show? Anything in the explore tree at the left? If there is try to expand e.g. the VTP Domains, chose one and right click on one of the VLAN's and use the Display View to see the map. If not you need to give us more information.
