Campus Manager 3.2 Topology Services Spanning Tree Inaccuracy

All,

My network consists of 2 6509s at the core with multiple 2948G at the access layer. Each 2948G has 2 uplinks to the core.

When I run topology services for any of my vlans, the spanning tree info is inaccurate. It should show one Gigabit port blocking per access layer device, but it shows them all as forwarding.

I know my spanning tree setup very well, and have double-checked each switch with show spantree etc ,so is Campus Manager wrong?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Regards & thanks,

Mike O'Sullivan

When the switches' "show spantree" commands show them accurately and the Campus Manager is reporting it wrong, then as you guessed, the problem should obviously with the Campus Manager. Looks like you have run into some kind of bug.

Which version you are using and anybody else out there facing a similar issue?
