Campus Manager and Aironet 1200

My company has recently begun to experiment with wireless using the Aironet 1200 access point. The device shows up on our Campus Manager Layer 2 Topology map in red with a ? mark. This has happened with Catalyst switches and I have always been able to remedy the situation. However, with the Aironet 1200 access point, I'm not able to fix it. Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated.

What is the version of Campus Manager that you're using?. Campus Manager 3.2 with IDU 2.0 installed from CCO supports AP1200 per:http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/rtrmgmt/cw2000/camp_mgr/sup_dev/cm_3_2.htm

In fact, here the versions of the entire CiscoWorks package we are using, including the operating system:

CiscoWorks 2000 Installed Packages

Windows NT 4.0, Service Pack 6

CD One, 2nd Edition

Campus Manager 3.0

CiscoView 5.1

Resource Manager Essentials 3.1

We're currently running Campus Manager 3.0.

You need to upgrade to Campus Manager 3.2 + IDU 2.0 for the AP1200 support.
