My company has recently begun to experiment with wireless using the Aironet 1200 access point. The device shows up on our Campus Manager Layer 2 Topology map in red with a ? mark. This has happened with Catalyst switches and I have always been able to remedy the situation. However, with the Aironet 1200 access point, I'm not able to fix it. Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated.

You need to upgrade to Campus Manager 3.2 + IDU 2.0 for the AP1200 support.
