Campus Manager ANI Server Error

After I loaded VHM and DFM, the Topology Services fails to start giving the message "Cannot connect to ANI Server" Action " Verify server running and restart CM". It worked before I loaded VHM & DFM.

This I have done along with stopping and restarting ANI server. Removing Java 1.3.1, rebooting and reloading Java. Loaded the latest IDUs, all to no avail.

Does CM work with VHM on the same Win2k server?

Should DFM & VHM be on a different server?

Any help appreciated.

VMH 1.1 does not work with Campus Manager 3.2 if both are installed on the same server. VHM 1.1 breaks ANI. See "CSCdy46403: VHM 1.1 breaks Campus Manager 3.2 if installed on the same server"

Also, according to the VHM 1.1 docs:

"Caution: VHM requires a dedicated system. Do not run any other products on the system except those that are part of the CiscoWorks IP Telephony Environment Monitor Solution (such as CD One, 5th Edition; VHM; and DFM)."
