Campus Manager -> Topology Services: Missing 4006

I have a number of Catalyst 4006s successfully configured in CiscoWorks 2000. One of the devices does not show up in Campus Manager\Topology Services, even though it is visible to all other applications. The gigabit ethernet connection from my 6509 to the 4006 terminates on the diagram at a "thick black line" where I figured the 4006 would sit.

Sounds a bit odd, but can anyone help out!!
