When I use Campus Manager - > USer tracking, cw2000 tries to contact ANI server but nothing happens. It open on java applet with message connecting ANI Server, thats all.
Anybody know the solution for this?

Make sure that you're using the correct Java plug-in 1.3.1 only. Clear the plug-in cache to see that this is not a browser related issue. Also look at: http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/477/Campus/connect-19000.html
