CAmpus Manager& RME view

Hi

Setup is installed with Cisco Works 2000 , RME 3.4 for LAN Managemetn Solution.

In the campus manager options , when we see the devices in the topology all the devices are getting listed out except C2950G-48 .But for the same device we are able to see the Cisco View of that.

When we select the options of RME in that Administration--->Configuration Management-->Archive Status for C2950G-24 & C2950G-48 we are geting the message as devices are not supported.

IOS of the Switches are running 12.1(11) EA1 whereas recommended is 12.1(6)EA(2)

Is there way out to get the status of C2950G-24 & C2950-48 devices properly ...

Download and install CM3_2_IDU -3_0 Campus Manager Incremental Device Update from Cisco.
