Campus Manager-Router ISL Link Missing

We have ISL trunking set up on a fast ethernet port on a 3640 router. It is connected to a trunking port on a 5505 switch. Since ISL trunking was turned on, the link between the router and switch does not show up on Campus Manager but all devices on both sides of the router do.
