Campus Manager

Topology services in the campus manager 3.2 doesnot show the link alone which are connected through 1000 Base T interface.End device is shown as green and also reachable from cisco works system. How it is connected it is not able to show...?

is there any workaround present.. or any patches to be installed..

already campus manager idu 3 is installed ..

Campus Manager uses CDP information to draw links, so check that the CDP neighbor information from both devices is consistent with the physical connections and device IP. You could look into this in depth with snmpwalks on the CDP-MIB to see if snmp is reporting the same as CLI on the device.

CDP Neighbour informations are proper between both the devices and they are consistent .SNMP reporting on the end devices whose links are not shown are also proper.

Any idea whether Cisco Works Campus Manager 3.2 can support 1000 Base T interface ?
