CAT4003 is a switch and not a hub. If you are looking for more features, you can buy a CAT4006(6 slot) with a Sup 3. You can find more info on CCO

Hi,

This is really not enough information to go on.

What are the physical locations of users relative to the 4003?

distances...buildings...rooms...

If they are relatively close, the 4003 with a couple 48 port modules will do..or you could add a couple of smaller fixed configuration switches as access layer switches.
