Can a WIC-T1-DSU create CRC's

This is a 1751 router, the "sh int ser0/0" shows many CRC's. The "show service-

module" shows no alarms, nor loss of signal or frames. The Serial interface is not dropping, this is known by the "SHOW LOG" command. The router doesn't drop but the user does complain about slow response. any ideas.

Looking on the symptoms that you have described, the problem may be in the line itself. The data path may have a problem here. So you can talk to the provider and mention them that you are getting lots of CRC errors in the data path. Ask them to do BERT test on the line and see if that runs clean.

If you still can't find any issue, try to replace the card.
