Can I block traffic that send from a nat-gateway on my pix ?

The topo just like :

internet---pix---c2621(NAT-gateway)---pc

Now PC can access internet , How can I block it without modify C2621's config ?(Because I have no permission)

No, You can't.

Because if the 2621 is doing NAT you don't have any

source address to block except the outside global address on the 2621 and if you do, all traffic will be blocked.
