Dear all,
Can I dial from BRI to BRI or pri using dialer interface without PPP authentication?
no authentication is requiered.

Authentication is optional to provide security.

Yes, you can do this as long as the ISDN network is providing the CLID. The dialer code needs a way to differentiate the different users that are connecting; this is ordinarily done with the authenticated PPP username. In the absense of the username, we will use CLID.
Note that without authentication, essentially anyone who knows your number can successfully dial in.
