Can I put simm 72 pin for pc into dram(nvram) into a router??

You can not add to the onboard NVRAM, but you can add to the main memory (DRAM)if it is a 3620 or a 3640, however you need to know if it is 32 bit or 64 bit wide memory. The URL below gives an outline of the type of memory you can use in each box:
