Can i use 2 diferent numbers on the same time???

I have one cisco 700 connect to the internet and i have one user configured on it to do DDR with other router.

Can i use one number to connect to the internet and other number to make DDR on the same time???

Yes you can. You'll need to create two different user profiles, one for each connection. In your system profile, you'll need to SET MULTILINK OFF and SET MULTIDESTINATION ON. For the best performance, I'd suggest that you set only one dialing number per user profile (and not both of them for "1 number"), in effect dedicating channel 1 to only know how to dial x, and channel 2 to only know how to dial y. For example:

set user internet

set 1 number 5551111

set user other_connection

set 2 number 5552222

Note: Other relevant config of the user profiles deleted for clarity of the concept at hand.
