Can multiple router passwords be changed at once?

I'm trying to make the case for purchasing Cisco Works 2000 for my company. Is it the case that passwords on all our 200 routers could be changed at one time? (Not to mention the switches). Currently, this is a very tedious task, as you must know. Sorry for the 'pre-sales' nature of the question.

Have a look at NetConfig within RME application which you can use for this task:

If you don't go down the CiscoWorks path, you might look into the Expect scripting language. We use it effectively in an enterprise network to change passwords and do large-scale config changes. Scripts basically act as terminal response interpreters and act based upon logic you program into the script.

Withing CW2000, Resource Manager Essential Application, there's a very nice GUI based tool called NetConfig which you can use to make minor config changes to your routers including changing the password. You can also schedule the task for several at the same time. Very handy tool.
