We recently changed our RAS router from a AS5200 to a 3700 series and the problem we are having now is that we are unable to dial-in via the router using a PocketPC machine. We have both HP Jornada 720s and Compaq iPAQs and neither will work. This did work with our old router though.
With the Jornadas, we are dialling in using the in-built v.90 modem over an analog line and it will connect to the router and say connected. It should then verify the username and password against TACACS but never does. After 15 seconds or so it just disconnects.
Standard Windows 2000, XP clients are working fine.
Are there any settings specifically for PocketPCs?
