Can't login to RTM

After installing RTM 1.4 SP7 onto Win2k SP3, I get the message Login unsuccessful Check to see if nGenius services are running. I have uninstalled, restarted, then reinstalled to no avail. What else might work?

When you installed SP7 and stopped nGenius Server, did you verified that all the RTM processes have completely shutdown?. Try doing a reinitdb and see if that helps.

I have since uninstalled and reinstalled without sp7 and can now login. However, now I can't import any CW export info.

Same here. I had installed SP7 awhile ago and started having the same problem recently. When I uninstalled sp7, I was able to login, however lost lots of bacward functionality. sp9 has not helped either.
