Cannot connect to Cat 5000 Console Port

Im can't connect to the console port of a Cat 5000.

When i connect the cable Phisically i doesn't get a prompt of the Cat.

What could be the problem ????

What kind of a Supervisor do you have? If you have a Sup3, you'll need to use a straight through cable for console port
