Cannot keep logging message from C3662.......??????

I have installed a Cisco 3662 for a customer.

First,it can keep logging message

but after I try to change the number of logging buffered,

it cannot keep logging message any more,

so I reconfigure "logging buffered" and use its default(using old config.)

Now I try to find out ,why it cannot keep logging message??????

...

Please help me...

You do not specify what syntax you used that didn't seem to work. Logging Buffered 128000 would store a LOT of log messages. Logging Buffered 16000 would store much less (though still a reasonably large volume).

I already knew the problem , I just disable logging console.

Anyway , I still have the other question.

After I use "clear logging" command.

and the when I use "show logging", some messages are still in the buffer

but nothing shown after clear logging,.....

How can we find those messages?????(or recover).
