Cannot start up RTM 1.2

Hello,

I have installed RTM 1.2 following the installation notes and I have created a secured user as they explain.

When I try to login into the application I always receive a message saying that the Server is not running, but nGenius service is running, web server is runnint and so on.

If I logon in the windows 2000 system as the secured user, I can authenticate into the RTM.

Can anyone explain this?

RTM 1.2 have tons of such problems. My advise would be to get RTM 1.4 and install that, will save you from lot of troubles including:
