Card showing unsupported in cat 6513 Chassis via CiscoWorks

We have recently installed two new 48 port10/100/1000 utp cards into our 6513 chassis however these cards are now showing as unsupported within cisco works devices view.

Can anyone tell me why cisco works is showing this and how i can remedy the situation quickly?

Yes, I had the same problem with the new blades.

Load the new Cview pacakage and will fix the problem.

Download the cv5packages.zip file, which contains Cat6000.cv50.v5-0.zip and the dependent device packages

CLIParser.cv50.v1-3.zip, SwitchAddlets.cv50.v1-17.zip and Entity.cv50.v1-3.zip, from Cisco.com.

Make sure you do get the CatQDM as well.

Note: With CiscoView 5.3 or later, CatQdm.cv53.v1-7.zip or later will also be available

in cv5packages.zip
