Cat 3500 Reboot automatically

I have 2 switches that have reloaded automatically.

i have the output of one when the Crash begin:

how i can resolve this problem??

and what is the cause of this problem??

i read that this is due to a corruption of a memory block.

and i know that i have to update the IOS , ,, but what in this moment this Switch Restart?????
