Hi!
A couple of days the switch started a problem with the RSM.
The module go to off line status alone.
I try reset the module, remove and insert the module, after these actions the RSM back work ok.
The messages:

Hello,
here is what the Error Message Decoder says:
%SYS-3-MOD_MINORFAIL: Minor problem in module [dec]
This message indicates that a module failed the self-test. [dec] is the module number.
Recommended Action: Reset the module. If this message reappears, insert a new module. If this message reappears, contact your technical support representative.
I guess that means that there could be an imminent hardware failure. You might want to try and upgrade to a higher IOS version, and see if the message reappears. If the module is still under warranty, I would RMA it...
