Excessive Memory Fragmentation error that you're seeing in DFM is because of a bug in the DFM application itself:

DFM 1.1 shows spurious Memory ExcessiveFragmentation faults for catalyst switches due to unnecessary monitoring of LargestFreeBuffer (this is a fixed value in catalysts). This defect has been fixed in DFM 1.1 IDS 1.1.1, which is now available for download:
