Cat4006 Layer 3 connectivity

We have just taken delivery of a Cat4006 incorporating a Supy II WS-X4013 engine (located in module 1) and a 10/100/1000 layer 3 Routing Module WS-X4232-L3 (located in module 2) + 48 port 10/100 ethernet switching modules WS-X4148-RJ. All users will connect directly to this switch. The site has two DHCP servers each distributing a maximum of 125 addresses on two separate Class C subnets (we have a TCP/IP standard of which 125 addresses only are allowed for DHCP). Any of the users can pick up an address from either of these DHCP servers. The users all connect to one local server (for their local applications), but utilise the WAN occassionally for National Applications.

The initial layer 3 objective is to ensure the Cat4006 performs the routing between the two subnets (relieving the local router from providing this service). What would be the simplest way of achieving this requirement?
