WS4006 8.4(6)GLX - how can i remove global 'set' commands eg: -

"set snmp trap x.x.x.x ******* port 162 owner CLI index 1"

Try clear snmp trap x.x.x.x ******* port 162 owner CLI index 1

What you establish with set you remove with clear.

can you pl tell me what set command will enable a Ciscoworks server to discover this device. I have configured the correct snmp community strings but need a similar command to "snmp-server host x.x.x.x version 2c ******"

set ip permit enable snmp

set ip permit

snmp
